Don's primary focus at CFS is to help our FRs effectively grow and scale their wealth management business. Prior to joining CFS, Don worked for the business development team at Park Avenue Securities where he assisted FRs across the country in growing their business and expanding on the product suite available to them and their clients. Before joining CFS, Don started his career at Vanguard and spent a number of years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked as a financial advisor and a product and practice management specialist.
Outside of work, Don is married to his wife, Gina and together, they have a beautiful son, Declan.
